Fall Adult Wooden Bat Baseball league.
League: Free Defensive Substitutions-Batting order-no max.
Who: Players who are or will be 30* years of age on or by November 1st. Teams may have 2 players under the age of 30. These players MAY NOT pitch at any time.

6 Inning Night Games:
Teams (1-2 nights) Game 1: 6 pm - 7:45pm
Game 2: 7:45-9:30. If either game is tied after 6 innings, 1 extra inning will be played with each team starting with a runner on 2nd base. If still tied afterwards, the game will end in a tie.
How:Wooden Bats:Using Wooden bats would:
1. Make players on defense safer, especially pitchers..
2. Make games go faster.
Equipment: Teams will supply their own bats, helmets and fielding equipment. City will provide field (setup), umpires, balls, scorebooks, trophy, and lights.
Pitching Rules:1). A team must use a different Pitcher to start every 2 innings. 2). A pitcher may be relieved (unless injured and unable to remain in the game): a). after facing a minimum of 6 outs, b). after giving up 2 runs, 3). An individual pitcher is limited to a maximum of 6 Outs per game. 4). No one under 30 may ever pitch in a game or will result in a forfeit.
Baserunning: 1). No Collisions (Recreational League-Safety First) 2). Stealing is allowed only after 2 outs.
Run Rule: 10 run rule will be in effect after 4 innings of play.
Playoffs: 1). Top 5 teams will make playoffs and a championship will be held. Championship team will receive a team trophy.
